Every owner or installer of cooling or air-conditioning equipment must comply with the statutory regulations concerning materials that deplete the ozone layer, such as CFCs. STEK is an independent bureau that certifies companies that work with cooling systems. As a STEK-certified company, GTI can take over the task of maintaining cooling materials that contain CFCs.

Owners of cooling systems are obliged to:

• take measures to guarantee that the system is leak-proof;
• perform regular inspections to check that the system is still leak-proof;
• keep records of the cooling materials (how much was purchased, sold and recalled).

1. Our services entail more than inspection.
GTI can advise you on measures required to resolve any defects in the system (and also provide you with a cost estimate). If you wish, we will repair the defects ourselves. Moreover, you can enter into a maintenance and management contract with GTI for several years. We will then take full responsibility for all your system maintenance tasks.

2. GTI offers independent inspection.
Not only GTI as a company, but also all our inspectors individually are certified for various disciplines (scopes). Moreover, every inspector is evaluated every eighteen months on the basis of an examination of his/her work and reports.

3. GTI is the only organisation that can provide the inspection of cooling systems and air-conditioning equipment as part of a total package.
