Tests & Inspections
NEN 2767
The NEN 2767 norm is used to evaluate the technical quality of building components and building-based systems. This 'condition monitoring' contributes to the continuity of your systems. The evaluation results in a condition score and an overview of the defects. But GTI offers more than this.
What does GTI do?
During a NEN 2767 inspection, GTI tracks down defects in systems - for example rust, worn-out bearings and polluted filters. By awarding marks from 1 to 6, we determine the condition of every system component, from excellent (1) to very bad (6). If necessary, we also give advice on a Long-Cyclic Maintenance long-term plan, including budgeting.
Depending on how detailed you want the result to be, GTI also describes the following (in addition to the usual condition score):
- the functional behaviour of the system in the past three years (this provides a more complete picture than just the technical observable status);
- whether the system satisfies the statutory norms (this is not explicitly reflected in the condition score);
- whether the system components are available within a reasonable period of time (it is important to know this when a component breaks down).
Why GTI?
There are three important reasons for choosing GTI:
1. Our services entail more than inspection.
GTI can advise you about measures to resolve any defects in the system (and also provide you with a cost estimate). If you wish, we will repair the defects ourselves. Moreover, you can enter into a maintenance and management contract with GTI for several years. We will then take full responsibility for all your system maintenance tasks.
2. GTI offers independent inspection.
Not only GTI as a company, but also all our inspectors individually are certified for various disciplines (scopes). Moreover, each inspector is examined every eighteen months on the basis of an examination of his/her work and reports.
3. GTI is the only organisation that can provide the NEN 2767 inspection as part of a total package.
