Maintenance management

Maintenance Engineering

GTI believes that effective maintenance is a question of careful analysis and clear thinking. We first examine the objectives of your systems. For example, do you have to cope with strict delivery schedules or do you run on stock? Do your machines operate 40 hours or 168 hours per week? Which environmental and safety requirements are important? Using methods such as RCM (Reliability Centred Maintenance) and FMECA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis), we draw up a maintenance plan for each machine together with you: the maintenance concept.

Practice-oriented improvement
We use the maintenance concept as a starting point for continuous improvement. We regularly analyse the data in the maintenance information system and examine whether there are opportunities and space to tackle maintenance more effectively and efficiently. Sometimes the solution is to modify the equipment, while at other times it is better to adjust the maintenance concept. In some cases, a simple operating instruction to your operators can be enough. GTI's main job is to find the most advantageous and most practical solution.
