Every project is different. That is why we form a project team for each individual project. We assign one project manager as your fixed point of contact, even if your project involves more than one discipline. And team members who each contribute their specific specialist knowledge. Moreover, that knowledge is distributed as much as possible among the team members in order to safeguard the continuity of the project.

Phased project approach
GTI Industrial Automation guarantees the successful development of your project by using a phased project approach. A detailed Project Quality Plan is drawn up at the very start of the project. At a kick-off meeting, we go through all the details with you. And you regularly receive reports on the progress and quality tests that were conducted. That way, you are always aware of what is happening.
