Migration of automation systems

Is your process control at the end of its technical life span? Or has the manufacturer stopped supporting your (old) system components? If so, GTI can take care of the replacement and migration procedure for you.

Software and hardware
We develop software tools and hardware components that can be used to economically convert existing applications to another platform. While we are doing this, we look beyond the system components to be replaced. We draw up an inventory of your current system, investigate the bottlenecks and advise you about possible additional functionalities. We also examine the consequences for maintenance and operating personnel. Lastly, we draw up a thorough conversion plan so that the migration interferes as little as possible with the production process.

Total cost of ownership
Sometimes it is not necessary to completely replace your system in one go - that way, the performance of investments that have been made can be protected as much as possible. 'Migration made to measure' by GTI always has a positive effect on the total cost of ownership, without detracting from the company's security.
