Sevagram is an organisation that offers a wide range of high quality care and personal services to people who are economically less fortunate, older and/or disabled, and cares for the people who live in our care and nursing centres as well as people still living independently at home. In early 2006, GTI was asked to take care of the installations side of the new construction work at the Heerlerheide Care Cluster. The contract covers the design, implementation and long-term maintenance of the electrical and mechanical installations (including replacement work) at the Heerlerheide Care Cluster (Sevagram plan areas) in Heerlen.

Work carried out
From 2006 to the end of 2022, GTI is responsible for designing, implementing (for two years) and maintaining (for 15 years) the electrical and mechanical installations for:

• a car park with 80 parking spaces; 
• an on-site care centre for 30 nursing home residents (in five group units) and 81 rest home residents (in individual care apartments); 
• 28 care apartments.
