GTI has years of experience in engineering stainless steel equipment, piping and process installations for the food, beverage and tobacco industry, from pre- and basic-engineering to detail engineering. In most cases, we design new installations or modify the process equipment of our clients. Moreover, clients often ask us to investigate alternative solutions or to carry out feasibility studies.

Design and documentation
You can rely on the GTI technicians for the complete system design, including P&IDs, dimensioning and piping specifications. But our technicians also ensure that the required drawings and documents are available, such as material and item lists, or loop sheets, accessory specifications and piping lay-outs. Our employees of course work accurately, supported by leading drawing and design software such as AutoCAD and Solid Design.

Sanitary design guarantee
Sanitary design is a key concept in the food, beverage and tobacco industries, and at GTI we take it very seriously. We not only ensure a perfect finish during manufacturing and assembly, our designs are also in accordance with the instructions and directions of GMP, FDA, EHEDG, Stoomwezen, AD merkblätter, ASME and TÜV and we meet CE and PED standards.
