Cryogenics

In the food sector, cryogenics forms part of the primary process. After all, it determines the shelf life and quality of the product. GTI always provides the proper cryogenic solution. We design, install and supply process equipment in complete accordance with your specifications, whatever the task - from forced air freezers through compressors and condensers to cooling and freezing tunnels. We also design equipment, such as HAPU, a hygienic air conditioning system for maturing cheese.

Requirements
When designing, installing, maintaining and managing, we work in accordance with the most stringent requirements such as NEN and ISO 9001, WIK (Waarborg Installatiebedrijf Koudetechniek), and STEK (Stichting Erkenning Koudetechniek). We employ quality systems that can meet every regulation or standard. We are of course SCC** certified. We also have experience with HACCP and HAZOP standards, the latter concerns the risks for the product that can arise from the central cooling system during the cooling process. Our engineers are STEK-qualified, and possess VVA-1 safety certificates.

Maintenance and management
The maintenance and management of your cryogenic installations is in good hands with us. If required, we can even control the situation remotely. For various clients we have installed a remote control system, whereby our control room monitors the installations twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week on line, and if necessary takes immediate action.
