GTI has been a frequent visitor to bread and biscuit producers for years. From large bread factories to small biscuit bakeries - we know the sector in all its diversity. We supply small dosing systems including mixer/kneading controllers, but we also design, manufacture, install and automate complete production lines. We have extensive experience in applying the ISA S88 standard, and as a result our systems are easy to adjust to the demands of an ever-changing market. For instance, all recipes are based on procedural function charts (PFCs standard S88-02) which makes it easy to adjust the order steps involved per recipe.

Accurate and automated
GTI has developed a recipe management and dosing system, based on intranet technology. This takes into account among other things the flexible dosing of biscuit bakeries and the statutory recipes of the bread industry. Temperature control (for example important after kneading biscuit dough), dry matter calculation (essential in bread production), establishing kneading time, the flexible linking of a dough line to a certain oven, production planning, stock control, tracking and tracing - these and many more steps in the baking process can confidently be left to the automated and simple-to-operate GTI system. Another handy feature is the ability to link the GTI system to your ERP system, allowing you to easily exchange information.
