Food safety is very important when processing fish and meat, and hygiene is therefore essential. After years of working with clients in this market, GTI knows the requirements, such as EHEDG standards, and HACCP. We already apply these standards in the design and construction of equipment, whether the equipment is intended for mixing and transporting minced meat in a sausage factory, or processing bouillon with heat exchangers. Furthermore, we also supply cooling conveyors and tunnels for poultry abattoirs, for instance. We can of course also maintain and manage these installations for you.
