GTI is contracted by numerous clients in the dairy sector. Our work includes designing and building installations for the production of cheese, in addition to complete dairy factories. We know the demands placed in the area of hygiene, including the EHEDG, FDA, and HACCP standards. Moreover, we are familiar with the specific production processes, such as those for milk, cottage cheese, cheese and yoghurt - from separation and homogenisation to pasteurisation and sterilisation.
