Since 2000 GTI has worked for sauce and margarine manufacturer Remia CV. The volume of the sauce manufacturing line has grown considerably in recent years. To be able to keep pace with this growth, major efforts are being made on new construction projects. A number of striking projects have been carried out by GTI Food & Pharma.

Red sauce line
GTI realised a new process line for sauces based on tomato purée, including tomato ketchup and 'curry gewurz'. The sauce line has a capacity of 6,000 kg per hour.

Yellow sauce lines
GTI has equipped the mayonnaise lines with new scraping heat exchangers with a heating and a cooling section. Depending on the percentage of oil, these completely automated lines have a capacity of up to 6,000 kg per hour.

Product storage
Because of the growth in volume, Remia has also invested in the storage of sauces, water and other products. GTI is the supplier of a large number of new stainless steel process tanks, varying from 1 m³ to 30 m³.

Maintenance
GTI provides support to the Remia technical department. In addition to large and small projects, together we maintain the entire processing lines, mainly in the sauce plant. Moreover, GTI makes an important contribution to implementing improvements. Together with the Remia engineering department, we work to further optimise and automate the processes.
