GTI maintains and manages around 7,000 items at Unilever, one of the world's most important companies for producing consumer goods for daily use. We work at five locations, each with its own supervisor. Our client therefore always has a single point of contact with great expertise.
A promise is a promise
When performing maintenance it is essential that production is delayed as little as possible. We use and adhere to stringent planning during production halts, because we do what we promise. Resolving problems is also one of our tasks. We have the capacity and the required mentality to provide a rapid and effective solution. Our man on site knows how to set priorities and can quickly analyse the problem.
Improvement processes
We have been working closely with Unilever for around 40 years. We therefore know the particularities of the specific production processes. GTI is also actively involved with the client in improvement projects, from maintenance to raising efficiency, where we form an integral part of the project team.
