Pre-fabrication

In our prefabrication shops, we construct pipe spools tailored to clients' requirements. GTI has production lines for ferrous and non-ferrous piping where we produce large quantities of pipes at the same time and also manufacture complex constructions such as jacketed pipes. Thanks to our modern machines and efficient production planning, you benefit from a short turnaround time and competitive prices.

GTI constructs pipe spools in two ways:

Welding
We use generally-accepted welding methods certified by bodies such as Det Norske Veritas, Lloyd's Register and the Dutch Steam Vessel Inspectorate. GTI processes all kinds of materials, from stainless steel, carbon steel, copper and aluminium to titanium, cunifer and nickel. In our prefabrication shops, we can handle wall thicknesses up to 70 mm and diameters up to 2 metres. GTI is ASME, NEN and API-qualified.

Cold bending
We use the very latest cold-bending techniques. Our investment in computer-controlled CNC machines enables us to produce pipes very economically (series production) up to a diameter of 6 inches. GTI is also certified by Lloyd?s Register for cold bending.
